Prevalence pricing
Priced on your risk, not your payroll.
Everyone in the cohort you nominate gets access. You pay for the share of them predicted to have the problem each product addresses, measured in your own workforce wherever we can.
Size to the need
Give access to everyone. Pay for the need.
Most workforce programs charge per head, so you pay for every employee whether or not they need it. We size each product on prevalence: the share of your people predicted to have the problem it addresses.
27% of adults in New Zealand get less than 7 hours' sleep. In a workforce like that, everyone can use the program, and the fee follows the 27%, not the whole workforce.

How it works
Four things the model guarantees
Access for everyone
A seat count sets the fee. It does not restrict who may use the program, and it is not a statement about which individuals are affected. Nobody is singled out to take part.
Sized on your own data
Your Fatiguefit Census measures the rates in your workforce. Where we have measured, your figure replaces the industry benchmark. Where we have not, we use the published baseline for your industry and label it as modelled.
Uncertainty stated, not hidden
Every measured rate comes with its confidence interval and what that interval is worth in seats. If you would rather buy conservatively, seats can be set at the lower bound.
You don’t pay for empty seats
Take-up is a real risk in any workforce program, and our own deployment data says so. Pricing on prevalence means you are not paying for a seat for every employee on the payroll.
Product by product
What each product is sized on
| Product | Sized on |
|---|---|
| Sleepfit | The share of your cohort predicted to be getting under seven hours’ sleep. |
| SleepWellBaby | The share of your cohort who are new parents. |
| Fatiguefit4Duty | The share of your safety-sensitive cohort returning elevated fatigue risk at census, within a floor and ceiling agreed up front. |
| Awareness eLearning | The same sleep figure as Sleepfit: the scale of the problem the training addresses. Training stays open to everyone. |
| Was It Fatigue? | Your investigation volume, not your headcount. It is the only product priced on events rather than people. |
The Fatiguefit Census is where the numbers come from, and Census, Pilot, Rollout is how you move from measuring to deploying.
Find out what your number is, then price on it.
Tell us your industry and roughly how many people you employ. Your snapshot models how many are likely sleeping poorly and what it costs you. Then choose who you’d cover, and we’ll scope the right next step with you: a Fatiguefit Census where fatigue is a safety risk, or a proposal for a wellbeing program.
