Health & Wellbeing · Sleepfit, SleepWellBaby and Awareness eLearning

Most sleep problems are never reported. They still come to work.

Sleep apnea, insomnia, distress and the first year of a new baby affect every workforce, not only its safety-critical roles. Sleepfit and SleepWellBaby give each person a private check and a route to help, while you see only the aggregate.

The result belongs to the individual

No individual Sleepfit or SleepWellBaby result is reported to the employer. You receive aggregate reporting only, with a minimum cell size so small teams cannot be re-identified.

Published questionnaires

Published instruments, not a quiz

STOP-Bang for sleep apnea risk, the Regensburg Insomnia Scale, PHQ-4 for distress and the EPDS for new parents. They identify people who may benefit from clinical evaluation. We do not diagnose any condition; only a health professional can do that.

A route to care

From questionnaire to doctor

Where a score is above a questionnaire’s cut-off, the employee can choose to download a consent-gated letter to take to their own doctor. Diagnosis and treatment stay with their clinicians.

In the United States, Sleepfit and SleepWellBaby are also available through our partner Personify Health.

The products

Sleepfit, SleepWellBaby and Awareness eLearning

See what sleep and fatigue mean for your workforce.

Tell us your industry and roughly how many people you employ. Your snapshot models how many are likely sleeping poorly and what it costs you. Then choose who you’d cover, and we’ll scope the right next step with you: a Fatiguefit where fatigue is a safety risk, or a proposal for a wellbeing program.

A sample workforce snapshot on a tablet: modeled sleep problems and the cost of poor sleep for 1,400 people in transport and logistics.
