Better sleep. Safer work.
One suite for Risk & Safety and Health & Wellbeing. We help your people act on the sleep problems they never report, control fatigue where it’s a hazard, and show you the evidence for both.

Risk & Safety
Fatigue as a work health and safety hazard: assess it, measure the sleep behind it and identify who may benefit from clinical evaluation, control it at the point of duty, train for it and investigate it.

What does it mean for your industry?
Search by industry or type of business, like trams, aged care or a coal mine.
How it works
Measure first, then decide.
Three stages take you from your first snapshot to a rollout, for safety-critical roles, a wellbeing program, or both.
- Days to weeks
Scoping
Your snapshot and a scoping session set the path: a Fatiguefit first where fatigue is a safety risk, or straight to a proposal for a wellbeing program.
- 90 days
Pilot
The products scoping points to go live with one cohort, with an interim read at day 45.
- Your decision
Rollout
Activate, extend or stop, on what you measured rather than a forecast.
Pricing
Priced on your risk, not your payroll.
Everyone in the cohort you nominate gets access. You pay for the share of them predicted to have the problem each product addresses, measured in your own workforce wherever we can.
How our pricing worksScience
Five levels of defence. We cover three.
Fatigue reaches harm through five independent levels. A control at one level does not substitute for a control at another, so we say where each product sits, and where we don’t operate.
Every product page says what the product establishes and what it doesn’t. We identify people who may benefit from clinical evaluation; we do not diagnose. Nothing we sell discharges a regulatory obligation.

Founded in 2016, for two reasons.
Our founders came to sleep by different roads, and each road leads to one of our two families.

Daniel’s story · Risk & Safety
The sleep disorder nobody asked about.
In 2004 Daniel’s father was killed by a driver with undiagnosed sleep apnoea who fell asleep at the wheel. That loss leads to Risk & Safety.

Melissa’s story · Health & Wellbeing
Sleep starts at home.
Melissa came to sleep through family, and today she also owns three First5Years childcare centres. That road leads to Health & Wellbeing.

See what sleep and fatigue mean for your workforce.
Tell us your industry and roughly how many people you employ. Your snapshot models how many are likely sleeping poorly and what it costs you. Then choose who you’d cover, and we’ll scope the right next step with you: a Fatiguefit where fatigue is a safety risk, or a proposal for a wellbeing program.
