Daniel Platt is co-founder and CEO of Sleepfit Solutions. He co-founded the company in 2016 and designed and built its suite of sleep and fatigue solutions before being appointed CEO in 2026.

Long bio

Daniel Platt is co-founder and CEO of Sleepfit Solutions. He co-founded the company in 2016 and spent nearly a decade as its Chief Technology Product Officer, designing and building the whole suite: sleep-disorder screening, organisational fatigue risk assessment, point-of-duty assessment and fatigue-related incident analysis.

He built the platform to ISO 27001 and was appointed CEO in 2026.

Melissa Webster is a founder of Sleepfit Solutions. She founded the company with Daniel Platt in 2016, and in 2019 the company launched SleepWellBaby with Tresillian to support new parents.

Long bio

Melissa Webster is a founder of Sleepfit Solutions. She founded the company with Daniel Platt in 2016, coming to sleep through family, and her side of the company grew from the idea that good sleep is built at home as much as at work.

In 2019 the company launched SleepWellBaby with Tresillian. From April 2020 NSW Health funded SleepWellBaby for every parent in the state with a baby under three. Melissa also owns three First5Years childcare centres.
