Tour bus driver with little sleep crashes on interstate; 15 passengers killed
- Seguridad
A tour company's motorcoach returning from a casino overnight ran off an interstate highway in New York and struck a signpost; 15 passengers died. The NTSB found the cause was the driver's fatigue from failure to obtain adequate sleep, poor sleep quality and the time of day, and that the company's safety oversight of the driver was inadequate.
